Taiwanese universities visit KMUTT to collaborate on student service learning program

Taiwan-Thailand Social Learning Service Survey Program was conducted in the provinces of Sakon Nakhon and Ratchaburi on January 24-28, 2018. Three (3) Taiwanese universities joined the project in collaboration with KMUTT. Prior to the surveys in different communities, Taiwanese delegates and KMUTT team convened to discuss the project on January 23, 2018; it was aimed at proposing a student service learning program co-organized by 3 Taiwanese universities and KMUTT. As discussed, the program/project will be beneficial to KMUTT’s students and Taiwanese students along with their respective communities.

Representatives from 3 visiting Taiwanese universities were the following: Liang, Yung-Kuei, Associate Professor (former Chairman of Business Management Department, Tatung University); Lin, Jin-Kwan, Professor (Dean of Management and Design College, Ming Chi University of Technology); Liaw, Yi-Ching, Associate Professor (Chairman of Business Management Department, Ming Chi University of Technology); Chiang, Zun-Hwa, Assistant Professor (Chairman of Industrial Design Department, Ming Chi University of Technology);  Yang, Chang Lin, Professor (Chairman of Social Enterprise Research Center, Fu Jen Catholic University); and  Zhou, Zong Ying, Associate Professor (Director of Master’s Program in Social Enterprise, Fu Jen Catholic University). In addition, KMUTT team was composed of the following:  Aj. Sumate Tanchareon, Dr. Kanokporn Kungwalsong,  Dr. Budsakayt Intarapasan, Assistant Prof. Woranooch Chuenrudeemol, Assistant Prof. Nanthana Boonla-or, Ms. Apirom Kongkanan and Ms. Thitikarn Srithranon.
