The theme of 2022TISDC is ‘One World’. 🌏
TISDC would like to provide an opportunity to student designers to show the world their talents and designs. Three categories are included: Product Design, Visual Design and Digital Animation. If students would like to have more specific directions to design, the theme “One World” is derived from the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the United Nations, hoping global citizens could “have insight” into the problem of the world. There are 17 goals in total. Thus, any design that are related to the 17 goals are eligible for this year’s competition.

TISDC – Who Are We? What Do We Do?
Organized by Taiwan Ministry of Education, executed by Asia University, sponsored by iSee Taiwan Foundation, Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation, and TPCA Environment Foundation, 2022TISDC is in its fifteenth year. Throughout years of endeavor and effort, 2021TISDC attracted a total of 59 countries/region worldwide, 970 schools to join the competition, receiving 21,901 registration entries among the categories, which set a new record and indicated that TISDC is indeed the most participated, with the highest award’s international student design competition in a worldwide scale.
TISDC Prizes
The prizes of the Competition include: 1 Grand Prix, 1 Gold Prize, 1 Silver Prize, 3 Bronze Prizes, and several Honorable Mention Prizes for the three categories of “Product Design,” “Visual Design,” and “Digital Animation,” respectively; International Design Association Special Prizes, sponsored by iSee Taiwan Foundation & Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation; Environmental Sustainability Award sponsored by TPCA Environment Foundation. The Brand Specified Special Prize: Environmental Sustainability Award is an award sponsored by our sponsor, TPCA Environment Foundation. They will select an entry from Product Design Category, which not only contains the idea of “One World” but also “Environmental Sustainability” to be the winner.
