The signing of the Letter of Intent with 4 alliances (KMUTT, NIA, GISTDA and Baan Chang Municipality) was presided by Dr. Suvit Maesincee, Minister of Science and Technology, as a part of Innovation District project in Utapao-Baan Chang on Wednesday, 10 January 2018 at Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA).
