NDDU College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology Visits KMUTT’s School of Architecture and Design
The School of Architecture and Design (SoA+D) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) welcomed a delegation from the Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU) – College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology, located in General Santos City, Philippines (Mindanao), on Thursday afternoon, 19 June 2025.
The visit began with a warm reception and refreshments at the school gallery, followed by a formal welcome and an introduction to the school by Assistant Professor Dr. Martin Schoch, Assistant Dean for Internationalization at SoA+D.
Assistant Professor Kisnaphol Wattanawanyoo, Chairperson of the Architecture Program, then delivered a lecture highlighting key aspects of architectural research approaches and techniques. The program concluded with a guided tour of the facilities, including the gallery, FAB Lab, workshops, and sixth-floor studios, offering guests a closer look at KMUTT’s design education environment.
This visit aimed to foster academic collaboration and cultural exchange between the two institutions, while also enhancing students’ understanding of the architecture field and inspiring them in their academic and professional pursuits.
