Neighbor Program Bangkok 2025: KUULA Application for Experiential Web Design

Neighbor Program Bangkok 2025: Kuula Application for Experiential Web Design brought together CMD students from KMUTT with participants from Dasein Art Academy Malaysia and RMIT Vietnam for a week-long workshop held at the KX Building from 1–5 December 2025.

Led by Neighbor co-founder, Lim Chong Jin, a Temasek Polytechnic board member and former Director of the School of Design, together with Joseph Foo, founding partner and executive creative director of 3nity, the program provided hands-on training in the Kuula platform and Insta360 technology to document and interpret the cultural landscape of Talad Noi.

Through on-site exploration, research, and collaborative design thinking, students learned technical image-capture skills and UX/UI fundamentals while developing site-specific digital narratives that reflect Talad Noi’s history, crafts, architecture, and community stories. The workshop aimed to strengthen regional art and design networks and foster future international collaboration, positioning students to contribute to emerging trends in experiential and culturally rooted web design.
