Recap of the “DESIGN THE FUTURE WORKSHOP DAY!”
We hosted a “DESIGN THE FUTURE WORKSHOP DAY” on August 18, 2026. Participants from MaTeArt Studio had a chance to explore future-focused design through two hands-on sessions:
*Landform Model Making with Mr. Pong (LAN Alumnus) – Designing outdoor spaces, interactive landforms, and functional landscapes
*Parametric Design with Fabrication Lab with Aj. Sukhumarn Thamwiset (Architecture program lecturer) – Hands-on model building using parametric and generative processes for long-span structures
The workshop wrapped up with a tour at our studios, design labs and other facilities. A HUGE THANK YOU to our guest speakers and everyone who joined us to create, innovate, and connect!
