The School of Architecture and Design (SoA+D), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), led by Dr. Acharawan Chutarat, Chairperson of Architecture Program and Instructor of ARC 382 Environmental Technology II: Lighting and Acoustics, organized a lighting workshop conducted by the different companies such as Ligman Lighting Co., Ltd., Endo Lighting (Thailand) Pub. Co., Ltd., KKDC (Thailand) Ltd. and WE-EF Lighting Co., Ltd. (represented by SoA+D alumni, Mr. Somchai Supalukworakul and Mr. Phatsakorn Sriprapa). It was held at the Jury Hall, 6th floor and Auditorium, School of Architecture and Design on October 15, 2020.
The lighting companies also conducted a class demonstration for the concept and application of lamp and luminaire particularly the effects of CCT, CRI, Beam, Lens, Reflectors, Watt and Accessories in spaces. The attendees of the aforementioned workshop were the current 3rd year students in Architecture and Interior Architecture programs.
