SoA+D Strengthens International Connections Through Networking with School Counsellors and Art Teachers
The SoA+D Networking Forum: Connecting with International School Counsellors & Art Teachers 2026 was successfully held on September 18, 2026 at the School of Architecture and Design (SoA+D), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). School counsellors and art teachers were warmly welcomed by Asst. Prof. Waraluk Pansuwan, Dean of SoA+D, for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. The program included an introduction to SoA+D’s vision and academic strengths, presentations on its academic programs and admission requirements, followed by a Q&A session and a guided tour of the school’s facilities.
In the afternoon, participants joined the “Creative Design Thinking Workshop” led by Aj. Bhuree Jiwaluk at the Fab Lab. The workshop encouraged participants to explore design thinking, understand users’ needs, and develop creative solutions.
The event successfully concluded with meaningful discussions, new connections, and a shared commitment to supporting students interested in architecture and design education. The forum also provided a platform for strengthening relationships between SoA+D and international schools through mutual understanding and collaboration.
Thank you to all school counsellors, art teachers, faculty members, and staff who participated in the event. SoA+D looks forward to continuing and expanding these partnerships through ongoing collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint initiatives, creating more opportunities for students, educators, and institutions to connect, grow, and innovate together.
