60+ Smart House Residential Design

This project is to design a house for the client that was older than 60 years old. The house was designed by analyzing the client’s characteristics, behavior, and routine and adapt it into the design.
The client that I chose is a graphic designer. I use her main routine to separate the house into four main parts and then design the house with white color which is compared as a canvas for showing her and her husband’s paintings, sculptures, and artworks.
